WE’RE HIRING ONLINE PART-TIME FOREIGN ENGLISH TEACHERS!!! 

Simply English is an online startup English academy based in Hanoi. We are growing and we need teachers who can be a part of our team.

 

Here are the details of the job:

1. Requirements

  • A neutral accent is a MUST. We accept any nationality as long as you have a neutral English accent.
  • Based anywhere in the world, as long as you can commit to teaching according to the Vietnam time zone (Mostly from 7pm - 9:30 pm weekdays) and weekends 
  • At least one year of experience teaching kids and adults online
  • Own a Tesol/Tefl certificate
  • Be responsible, responsive and committed 
  • Preferably older than 23 years of age

2. Job Description 

Conduct online English classes to kids from 7 to 12 years old and Adults on Zoom with provided teaching materials

  • Schedule for each class: 1 to 2 sessions a week
  • Number of students in one class: 1-4 (One to four) 
  • Report to managers and parents after the class
  • Correct students’ homework, assess students’ performance
  • Attend company training and meetings when needed

3. Benefits

  • Flexible hours
  • Hourly pay: 180.000VND-300.000VND/hour (Depends on experience and number of students). Monthly pay can vary between 7.000.000VND to 10.000.000VND from 7 to 10 teaching hours a week) 
  • We provide you with a Vietnamese phone number to use Zalo and a licensed zoom account to teach 
  • Work in a professional working environment
  • Can take up more than 10 teaching hours a week (more if you are willing to work on weekends)
  • Can openly give ideas and suggestions to colleagues and managers to improve 

4. Hiring process

  • Step 1: Email your CV along with either an audio/video recording (less than 1 minute) introducing yourself or a short video clip of you giving an online class.
  • Step 2: Zoom interview
  • Step 3: 1st demo class
  • Step 4: 2nd demo class if necessary
  • Step 5: Offer letter
